These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and kkfdb ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the kkfdb website located at https://kkfdb.org and all associated services, products, features, and content offered through the Platform. By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing any wager, or otherwise using any part of the kkfdb service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Access to and use of kkfdb is subject to strict eligibility criteria. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to be permitted to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity. kkfdb reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

To access kkfdb's full range of services including casino games, sports betting, and financial transactions, you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, create a secure password, and confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. Each person may hold only one account on the kkfdb platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your mobile number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered device. kkfdb will never ask you for your password or OTP via any channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kkfdb support immediately through the official support channel and change your password without delay.

kkfdb processes all financial transactions in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits via the following payment methods approved for use in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit unless one has been set voluntarily by the account holder via the responsible gaming deposit limit tool. All deposited funds are credited to your kkfdb wallet immediately upon confirmed receipt of payment.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, subject to the limits of that payment provider. kkfdb aims to process standard withdrawal requests within a short processing window. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any pending KYC verification requirements. kkfdb does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals, though individual payment providers may apply their own transfer fees outside kkfdb's control.

Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. kkfdb will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

kkfdb collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and what rights you have in relation to your personal data.

kkfdb uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit between your device and the Platform servers. Your financial transaction data is processed by our payment partners under their own applicable data security standards. kkfdb does not store full card numbers on its own servers. Personal data provided during KYC verification is retained only for the period required by applicable compliance obligations and is not sold to third parties.

kkfdb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms or in any manner that may cause harm to the Platform, other users, or third parties. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, kkfdb will endeavour to complete its review promptly and will communicate the outcome to the account holder.

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting kkfdb support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances and free spin winnings that have not yet met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

kkfdb may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kkfdb will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the contact details on file — which may include an in-platform notification, an SMS to the registered mobile number, or a notice on this page. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, either party may pursue resolution through such mechanisms as are available under applicable law. kkfdb will act in good faith throughout any dispute resolution process.
